Is it possible for Democrats to speak without calling Republicans in general and President Bush in particular "stupid" or "a moron"?
No, it is not possible. For as scholar Arthur C. Brooks wrote recently in the Wall Street Journal, a scholarly study proves that liberals are demonstrably more hateful than conservatives.
The unfortunate proof of this fact is that liberals attempt to justify their own hatefulness merely by saying "you guys do it too!"
Small school children can do as well. All of us were told by our mothers, "If everyone else jumps off a bridge, are you going to jump too?" For liberals, the answer isn't just an emphatic "YES!" but many more of them will jump than anybody else.
Now when President Bush (41) broke his "read my lips, no new taxes" promise, Republicans didn't just say "Everybody does it." We were angry, and Bush (41) wasn't reelected.
But, when Clinton broke his tax cut promise, Democrats fell all over themselves excusing his lies, time and time and time again.
The proof is in their own words. No Republican comes close to these words:
"I despise Republicans and everything they stand for." - DNC Chairman Howard Dean
"the extra chromosome right wing" - VP Al Gore
"Ken Starr is evil." - Clinton Advisor James Carville
"Bob Dole is evil, let's get that straight." - Clinton Advisor Dick Morris
Then there's the incredible hatred of Robert Byrd, former Ku Klux Klansman and Democrat Senator.
And Ted Kennedy who drowned Mary Jo Kopechne and slunk away to leave her overnight in her watery grave.
Democrats love them still and reelect them every six years.
I'm rubbing your noses in your own rank poop.
