Money doesn't buy happiness or love.
by To Tell The Truth

A country founded by people who were persecuted, and we still are biased, bigoted, racists, anti-Semitic, hostile, angry, arrogant and blind to the person next to us and the world, because it was believed we could buy our way out. Since I was a child, all I heard was Americans were the lowest savers in the free world! We still are, and fighting over basic rights and survival. The rich get richer for many reasons, but one is cronyism, unethical business practices, embezzlement - stuff that until recently was hidden or swept under the carpet like abortion.

If you look at the moneyed leaders, they are narcissistic, disingenuous, unethical, don't keep their word, and probably suffering from disassociative personality disorder.

Our government is out of touch with reality, the entire population believes they are entitled, but provide nothing in return, and don't ask, don't tell was coined years ago by the White Anglo society, who to this day, sees the world through rose color glasses and not the reality of the situation.

Cell phones, text messaging, Email are only adding to the dysfunctional society who will in 15 years, never know how to or understand the importance of a face to face conversation, intimacy or trust.

And, as long as we keep push credit cards, and you must have - we will be both bankrupt financially and morally. In California, where the government is afraid of the people and nothing gets done, and Real Estate Developers can spend millions on television commercials spreading lies, so they can salvage a bad investment, they honestly feel they are justified in telling the public blatant lies, so they can stuff their pockets. Where is the “truth in advertising” applied during political campaigns? If it were, have the mud-slinging wouldn’t happen. The organization out of San Francisco isn’t telling the public that their organization isn’t even close to providing the state with the revenue the four gaming tribes do. No, they are the yellow journalists of the 21st century. They don’t even contribute out of their personal wealth or corporate wealth the amount of cash the tribes do to local charities, municipalities or universities. And, they don’t tell the public that the other tribes are not recognized by the Federal Government, which is why they don’t have casinos. No, the firm and their lead extortionist plays upon the functional illiterate, because he is a man who manifests and fabricates lies to make sure that he and his organization are viewed as the victims. Where are Ralph Nadar and other watch dog organizations to expose these acts? Bought off.

So what? Be poor if you want. Then you can demonstrate your superiority to the rest of us.
