sea water toilets

In Hong Kong, they've used sea water to flush their toilets since the 1950s. Since toilet action accounts for a large proportion of water used in the home, this would help reduce water consumption a great deal and, if not practicable everywhere, would at least be feasible in the heavily populated seaboards.
