Here are mine:

1. My all-time favorite action movie one liner moment may be when, in Total Recall, Arnold hefts a huge electric drill and bores a hole through a truck door and into the stomach of the three fingered mutant cab driver while screaming a long and triumphant, “Screw you!”

2. I also think that the Tony Montana line must be mentioned - "Say hello to my little friend."

3. Jules reciting Ezekiel 25:17 over some tasty Big Kahuna burgers is pretty brutal as well, though probably a bit long to qualify as a one liner.

4. Another Arnold moment makes my list: in the movie The Sixth Day, Arnold shoots his nemesis while saying, “Go f-- yourself!” But the nemesis has many clones. Arnold shoots two of these clones in a later scene, and as the two struggle on the ground, bloody, one atop the other, Arnold says, “When I told you to go f--- yourself, I didn’t mean literally.”

5. I also like Denzel’s simple, “Man up” in Training Day.

6. After Indiana Jones chucks the Nazi soldier off the back of the Hindenburg, he turns to the rest of the passengers and says, “No ticket.”

7. I should also mention Tombstone’s “You called down the thunder, well now you’ve got it!”

8. And I can’t leave out the only ten seconds of Rocky V worth watching, when Tommy Gunn’s manager tells Rocky, “Hit me and I’ll sue,” whereupon Sly knocks the guy out, saying, “Sue me for what?”

9. What about in Lethal Weapon 2, when the South African villain holds up his badge smiling and says, “Dip-lo-ma-tic Immunity,” to which Danny Glover replies “Has just been revoked,” before he wastes him.

10. Although this goes a bit beyond the action movie genre, Daniel Day Lewis’s Bill the Butcher in Gangs of New York has many great lines -- “I took the father and now I’ll take the son” is just one.

10.(b) Oh, and one more, a classic: Mandy Patinkin in the Princess Bride: “My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die.”

6. The Shining: "Here's JOHNNY!"

7. Dr. Strangelove: "YEEE-HAWW!"

8. The Empire Strikes Back: "Luke, I am your father."

9. The Shining: "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."

10. (Not exactly a one liner) Chronicals of Riddick:

Thug:"What, are you going to kill us with a cup of soup?"

(Everyone including Riddick laugh)

Riddick: "No...this is a tea cup."

Those are the one-liners that I could think of that have not already been mentioned, though not in any order of preference.
