Wrong-the DGA's contract isn't up until June.

You could have at least got the show names correct.
Mr. Letterman hosts Late SHOW with David Letterman.
Mr. Letterman hasn't hosted Late NITE for over 15yrs
It is Conan O'Brian who is host of that show now.

Now that's just pissy. There was no "generosity" aspect ever mentioned or intended (accept being fabricated by you)
The WGA wanted XYZ, WWP agreed to said XYZ. End of story.
