It is suppose to be fun. Fun based on truth ; exaggeration. We have not had good times recently. The pendulum swings one way and then the other. Today I heard references that the Major currency does not always stay the tops. Oh do I wish I could have invested in gold years ago. I believe gold has tripled in value during the last 8 years . It is like $900 an ounce. I wanted to . I invested in a Canadian gold mine and kept it for several years and it did nothing, The N.C. stocklady suggested I sell and I said yes. . What is money anyway? The stupidest thing I have heard is that medical insurance companies will tell people who are sick that they can not keep insureing them. Workers who reject sick clients get bonuses.

Barbara, your better off investing in real gold: coins, jewelry, etc rather than gold stocks.

When I was a boy I belonged to the New York Boy's Club, my dental work was done by the Club's dentist who gave me gold fillings. When I was an adult, my dentist replaced all my gold fillings, without giving them to me. Making a profit selling the gold.

Sounds like a capitalist crook. He should have saved them and now he would be rich.

About the Gold mine; I bet it has increased in value just because there must be some gold there. I heard that Africa is running out of gold and China is the gold mine of the future; something to this effect. I just stated it more exaggerated.

We have had changeable weather; several recent snows. It is like a marshmellow world out there but cold brr. Our orange kitty went out the front window when I was taking photos of the low sun reflected in the icycles and he walked around a bit and then jumped up and back into the house . The trip around to the back door was colder than he wanted to experience.
