I think Guzman is great - but the most memorable cheese commercials I've ever seen are the "Real California Cheese" commercials - the little red-headed girl that gets oodles of gifts from Santa by not giving him milk and cookies ("Nope, I gave him cheese!") and the whole series of "Happy Cow" commercials - I'd buy them on DVD if they were available!
