So how can we get the tax without dragging Huckabee along with it? I mean, let's call it the Huckabee tax so he can get the credit, then can we elect someone else to be President?

Huckabee did Not develop the plan. He was just smarter than the other candidates to adopt it. Any candidate at any time, even now, or at the convention got make it part of their platform.
