Your belief isn't based in any factually verifiable data. When the WA GOP decided to start challenging voters in the most insidious manner possible (challenging voters who if they were dismissed had the legal right to validly re-register, except that the challenge was mounted inside the pre-election registration exclusion period), it turned out that their "evidence" was so poor and flimsy that they had to withdraw the vast majority of their challenges lest they face prosecution for civil rights violations.
No, Gregoire was not elected by "fraudulent voting". What you don't like is the fact that WA fundamentally is a liberal state and Dino Rossi would not have been a governor that represented the majority of the state. In fact the ONLY way that GOP candidates can be elected to the WA statewide offices is it the GOP manages to keep voter turnout low enough that the vote is not very representative.
That's not democracy. That's gaming the system so as to impose your minority beliefs on others.
