The Fray. Indiana Voter id law

Voter ID fraud if successful is of course not detected. The photo ID requirement is a reasonable way to prevent it. Certainly some of those opposed to it hope to use illegal immigrants and other ineligibles to elect Democrats. As a resident of Washington State, I believe our current governor was elected with a few hundred fraudulent votes, garnered after repeated recounts. Anything likely to make fraudulent voting harder gets my approval.

In person fraud is a cumbersome way to turn elections. The more people involved the greater the chance of it beng discovered. Ballot box stuffing from absentee ballots has always been easier to get away with. Only have to have a few people to do that. Though now with electronic voting, especially those that don't have a paper trail, the ballot box is even less secure.
WA State GOP

Your belief isn't based in any factually verifiable data. When the WA GOP decided to start challenging voters in the most insidious manner possible (challenging voters who if they were dismissed had the legal right to validly re-register, except that the challenge was mounted inside the pre-election registration exclusion period), it turned out that their "evidence" was so poor and flimsy that they had to withdraw the vast majority of their challenges lest they face prosecution for civil rights violations.

No, Gregoire was not elected by "fraudulent voting". What you don't like is the fact that WA fundamentally is a liberal state and Dino Rossi would not have been a governor that represented the majority of the state. In fact the ONLY way that GOP candidates can be elected to the WA statewide offices is it the GOP manages to keep voter turnout low enough that the vote is not very representative.

That's not democracy. That's gaming the system so as to impose your minority beliefs on others.

"Your belief isn't based in any factually verifiable data."

Except that there has been precedence for identification fraud and that we require ID for everything else.

So, you just shot your argument in the foot.

San,

Your attempt at logic fails. Utterly.

"Your attempt at logic fails. Utterly."

Just because you say it, doesn't make it true. But seeing your posts and your track record for not actually having a legitimate point, it is hilarious that you try and condemn my post, which is 100% correct.
