I was going to comment on the story about Black America "saving Oprama", but as I logged on, I stopped short and it dawned on me suddenly. Anyone that is ignorant enough to vote for a candidate based on race, is racist. If you don't believe me, look up the word 'racist' in the dictionary. It is not about pride, it is ignorant and racist. Racists believe their race is somehow better and superior than other races. That would be like you or I voting for a candidate primarily because they are Caucasian, or Greek, or Polish, or Indian, or almost as bad; gender based voting. Here is a thought, let's vote for the most qualified, experienced, leader for President. That thought will undoubtedly die a slow and painful death in 2008 America; we are not nearly as sophisticated as we believe we are when it comes to racial and ethnic tolerance. Makes one wonder why we think we should be shoving the idea down every other country in the world's throat when we can't get it right ourselves.
