So months and months of campaigning in NH actually count for something. There was no reason for NH voters to do a complete turn around just because the Iowa caucases came out differently that the polls said NH was likely to before Iowa. I thought that Hillary's show of emotion was effective and Bill Clinton's attack on the press for giving Obama a free ride was dead on, even if some of the examples he used were not so accurate. I thought it was perfect coming from him, as well. I thought the experts got that wrong. Obama is going to come under exactly this kind of fire in the general election. The press has in fact gone light on him. If he cannot survive attacks for being all talk now, he sure is not going to make it in the general election. Better he gets put to the test now. We will all be better for it. Good races in both parties now. Who gets the bulk of Edwards' votes when he inevitabley drops out? Who gets the Huckabee votes when he bows? That last one is tough. Hard to believe that McCain or Romney will be a natural choice. Whoever gets the nominations now will deserve them.

Obama shocks Hillary with an unexpected right to her midsection; Hillary answers with a left squarely on Obama's nose. Boys and gals, the fight only just started. Don't even go to the washroom.
