The “Tolerance” Mob Strikes Again
by Tom Andres

"When the popular Fox News entertainer arrived at the Obama event in Nashua, N.H., people turned to him but not always approvingly. 'Hey O'Reilly,' yelled a man. When O'Reilly turned, he got a single-finger salute. A few people approached Bill to shake his hand, but the overwhelming sentiment was unfavorable. 'O'Reilly hatemonger,' yelled a woman. A few other people gave him the bird. "I hate you Bill," yelled a man."

No doubt these are the same self-appointed societal monitors who at every opportunity preach to the rest of us the importance of “love,” “tolerance,” “open-mindedness,” “civility,” and anti-"hate.”

Stop defending that loud mouth piece of shit. He deserves the same treatment that other war-mongering chicken hawk son of bitch Hannity got from the Ron Paul supporters.

These hate radio and hate T.V. personalities who preach hate on a daily basis deserve much more than the finger.

It's conditioning.
by Tundrayeti

The same conditioning that the Bill O'reilly fans have to spew hate and venom at Democrats... Bill himself conditions those fans to do so.

That's WHY some of us are supporting Obama. He's not trying to achieve power by directing hatred and venom... conditioning those that listen to him to refuse to listen to others... He's talking about getting us as a nation to learn to listen to one another without shouting and hating each other again.

We want that.

But 27 years of conditioning, from both sides, to attack with venom rather than logical debate is a very difficult thing to overcome. Especially when confronted by one of the more hateful figures that has been preaching hate and confrontation against us for many years.

Still, most of the crowd was quite civil, and I daresay more civil then had O'rielly or the Limbaugh crashed a Clinton or Edwards campaign stop... and I'm certain had someone like Sharpton (the democratic foil to O'rielly and Limbagh) crashed a Romney or a McCain event he would have been treated far worse... Though I believe Huckabee is genuinely trying to cross the boundaries as well, so I think that scenario would have been similar.

The point is we don't understand civil disagreement anymore... we've been conditioned for something more similar to civil war. So when someone like Obama tries to bring us together, and we WANT him to succeed, you can't expect everyone to immediately act in accordance with Obama's message the day they decide to join the movement. :)

Obama himself treated O'rielly quite civilly, while Bill made a complete ass out of himself and acted like a child. :)

You can't hate a hater withour becomming a hater yourself.

Also, the anger and bad treatment you support *always* backfires and gets sympathy for the targets of that treatment.

"Bush is Hitler" got Bush elected, Joe Liberman in Blackface on the daily Kos got him elected, ect.

Obama needs more "in your face" questions! He can dish it out but he can't take it back! What a loser!! Why isn't anyone in his face concerning his Muslim heritage? You think his middle name is "Hussein" for no reason? I can't believe how gullable Americans are!! Your all ready to put a Muslim in the white house!! Your all a disgrace to your country!!

Indeed!

How dare that evil bastard deliberately choose a parent whose religion is different from yours!

This is why I am so glad to be an American youth.

"adults" can have their ideals formulated for them by the media JUST LIKE US KIDS!!!

Some one, please, play "I'm Proud To Be an American"

Now, I was born a Christian. I was baptised in the church that GEORGE WASHINGTON went (when he was alive of course)

I lived across the street from it. I ate many meals at the George Washington Tavern, where he died. Upstairs. (no alcohol. I will NEVER drink, I follow ideals from all religions. and if you didn't know, in Islam, you may not drink.) I have given tours of our Capital City and not been paid, its because I'm proud of my country. I've sat bellow the balcony where Lincoln was assasinated. I have been inches from his last resting place.

And I must say, You modern Adults make me so optomistic for my future...
