It’s economics. The Jewish minority is more powerful that the Arab majority. Whenever a minority exhibits sufficient power, the majority react enviously. The Holocaust is an example of Germans envying economically viable richer Jews. Oppositely, the Apartheid is an example of a White minority controlling an angry/envious Black majority. The Spanish majority use corruption to control the less viable Amerindian majority in Latin America. Richer Chinese are kidnapped and held hostage by less prosperous Filipinos in the Philippines.

The only solution is for Arabs to accept modernity and responsibility for their failures, and to adopt liberal economic and intellectual policies. Otherwise Arab violence will continue rage out of jealousy for the more prosperous Jewish minority.
