Huckabee has low IQ

Huckabee does not believe in Evolution.

He does believe in "Intelligent Design"

He thinks the earth may be less than 10,000 years old.

Stand by Me Ben E. King, Jerry Leiber, Mike Stoller

When the night has come
And the land is dark
And the moon is the only light we see
No I won't be afraid
No I won't be afraid
Just as long as you stand, stand by me

And darling, darling stand by me
Oh, now, now, stand by me
Stand by me, stand by me

If the sky that we look upon
Should tumble and fall
And the mountain should crumble to the sea
I won't cry, I won't cry
No I won't shed a tear
Just as long as you stand, stand by me

And darling, darling stand by me
Oh, stand by me
Stand by me, stand by me, stand by me

Whenever you're in trouble won't you stand by me
Oh, now, now, stand by me
Oh, stand by me, stand by me, stand by me

Darling, darling stand by me
Stand by me
Oh stand by me, stand by me, stand by me

....does any of that have to do with I.Q.?!!

I'm guessing that George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and probably Abraham Lincoln didn't believe in evolution either, as Darwin's theory wasn't published until 1859. I don't know whether any of them accepted Biblical Creation as absolute truth. But, do you serious question their I.Q.?

It is a sad day in America when we have Guy Smiley and Gomer Pyle to choose from.

Washington and Jefferson? Jesus that's an amazingly stupid post.

The point is Huckabee HAS heard of evolution. It's been the whole basis for the science of biology for more than a century.

Huckabee believes only what he wants to, no matter what the evidence indicates. In other words, he's way out of touch with reality, just like his pal W.

Throw them both in the looney bin, I say. How is it that if an adult were to run around wearing a Superman cape telling people he can fly, he'd be considered a nutjob, but if it's a Bible instead of a cape, half the country lines up to vote for him?

so if someone doesn't think the way you do, they are crazy? i thought you liberals were all for diversity. i guess that does not include diversity of thought.

it's like down here in gainesville florida. the ultra lib city mukitty mucks passed this big time transgender diversity law. the next week they passed a law fining anyone who left their christmas lights up too long.

dumbasses. they also banned stephen foster songs in the public schools right down upon the suwannee river because some black mother was offended.

doo dah doo dah.

Wow - Irving, now I understand all of your posts. I had the unfortunate opportunity to live in Ocala. The arm pit of Florida is like a foriegn country compared to the rest of America. Living there was like living in hell. No one made any sense, everyone was a bigot and some crazy non christian - chistian, meaning they cherry picked and politicized the bible and made it into a hateful doctrine.

I think we should draft all of the asses from that area of the country and send them to fight Al Qaeda, because you guys are the crazy mirror image of the Muslim Fundamentalists. You ust haven't started beheading people and blowing people up YET. You are like the people in that documentary "Jesus Camp". *shudders*

If people like you had any mor power than you already do, it would mean the end of an American Democracy.

Yea, there were alot of typos in that. I was a little emotional.

Irving, I think you misunderstand what I posted earlier. Allow me to clarify. This is what I said:

Huckabee believes only what he wants to, no matter what the evidence indicates. In other words, he's way out of touch with reality, just like his pal W.

The key phrase here is "out of touch with reality." I'm not comparing Huckabee's belief system with mine. I'm saying that his belief system is incompatible with the reality that 99.9% of us live in. He's a member of the lunatic fringe. The world he lives in is twice as whacked as the worst acid trip you've ever had.

If he wants to live there, that's fine with me, but I think he belongs not in the White House but in a room with padded walls for his protection and for ours.

the american way of life is this you can belieave anything thing you want to belieave in a peacful manner as long as you do not keep your neighbor from belieaveing anything he wants to belieave in a peacful manner.

i belieave for every drop of rain that falls a flower grows

i belieave that somewhere in the darkest night a candle grows

everytime i hear a new born baby cry

or see the sky

than I know why I belieave

Re: Huckabee has low IQ

The issue, and my response, was to the relationship between I.Q. and the belief in Darwins evolution.

I, who accept the scientific theory (or theories) of evolution and may not be of any exceptional I.Q., don't judge intelligence upon the acceptance of any scientific theory. My point was just that: the acceptance or rejection, or ignorance of, the theory of evolution is not determinative of I.Q.

Who the 'ell DOES believe in evolution? Most of us do not believe the earth is less than 10,000 years old. Who are you listening to with this 6,000 year old earth theory? Because they are as wrong as the teachers who are teaching the theory of evolution like a scientific fact! Are they teaching 'rapture' (which isn't in the Bible) in addition to trying to make the earth only 6,000 years old? I only gave the answers the teacher wanted on the 'evolution BS' to get out of that class without having to repeat it! I NEVER believed the 'theory of evolution' as a scientific fact. A species may be able to evolve into an improved example of the same species over thousands of years. A human didn't evolve from an ape even if there are similar features in both species. I was raised on a farm... A goat doesn't give birth to a lamb or a calf, but to a kid goat. An ape will give birth to another ape instead of 'evolving' into a human being. Religion nor evolution doesn't have anything to do with it! Like begats like & ain't nobody going to evolve into some new species of humanity because of some 'theory of evolution'.
