I need to get this out. I was a Dukakis delegate, in Texas, of all places, many years ago.

But I must tell you people, when Bush the Boy and McCain were fighting it out almost eight years ago, I was really hoping that McCain would win, so that I would have someone to vote for.

The GOP made sure that didn't happen, and we have all suffered the consequences ever since.

The GOP has a chance to right that wrong now. I wouldn't vote for a sleazeball like Guilianni with your chit. Even if God told me to vote for Huckabee, I would ignore Him. And if Romney knocked on my door in black pants, white shirt, and tie, that would only confirm my concerns about him.

There is one leader in the bunch. There was one leader eight years ago, and we screwed that up.

McCain has some issues, I know that. But he also has more character in his pinkie finger than anyone else running on either side, with the possible exception of John Edwards.

We NEED a President who cuts out the crap and tells us like it is. Not like Carter did it, although he meant well, but like Reagan did, but with intelligence and as his own man.

We must certainly be over puppet Presidents?

Honestly, if McCain is not the Republican choice, I will be voting for Hillary, if only to get Bill back in there. It would be nice to have someone in the White House who actually leads AND knows how to speak English.
