yes the smoking ban definitely changed the bar scene....

-as in some places where over a fifth of bars and restaurants have closed... It is interesting that people talk about how great it is now that bars do not smell of smoke... where were these people before the smoking bans? If banning smoking attracted more customers, bar and restaurant owners would have done it a long time ago. I expect I will soon hear people talking about how great the alcohol ban is because bars are no longer full of drunks
