My goodness! Persecution of the Mormons went out of vogue 50 years ago. Mr. Hitchens must not have received the news. What I find most surprising about this article is that Vanity Fair actually publishes the work of an author who fails to accurately research his topic. And MSN Slate doesn't seem to care either.

I believe in freedom of speech and Christopher Hitchens demonstrates clearly that such freedom exists in this great country. Too bad he doesn't take the time to get his facts straight.

Christopher Hitchens only writes on subjective matters and he is not a real journalists. Real journalists are objective in their reporting. Worst article I've ever read.
