As a gentile (atheist of Christian heritage), do I find this offensive? Personally, I do not. Reality is what it is. You accept it and deal with it.

Still, it may be naive to expect everyone to shrug it off. Maybe it would be better not to make too much of this issue, and rather to go back to the politically correct faith that all ethnic groups are equally intelligent, for the sake of social harmony.
