I Dont even smoke weed but i will say that i used to. the only reason i stopped was because its too much of a hassle to try and avoid drug screens. These stupid anti drug ads and such are a complete waste of time. If you corporate tree huggers wanna waste your money pointless air time go right ahead.. or you could give me the money that you would use for air time and i will double it if not tripple that amount. Weed is not a problem... the past anti weed commercials were stupid and pretty much false advertisement. all weed does is make people either hungry , sleepy , or more cautious. when i used to smoke i used to get hungry i would eat up some food and when i drive i be real cautious. i would drive more responsibly when i was high cause i know the cops would try and mess wit me if they pulled me over wit it. so you damn right i did all the speed limits and came to a complete stop at all the stop signs and lights. blame your society problems on your selfs, cause while you spendin i dont know how many millions of dollars airin this bull shit there are over a million homeless people walkin the streets right now needin a place to stay.... there are so many war veterans walkin around here with no where to go. just liek them adopt a family commercials that come in on tv showin them kids in africa starvin but you walkin around in your nice bright new pants with camera crews spendin millions on air time but want us the people to try and raise or donate for children when we got problems our selfs. jobs aint payin right, minimum wage still aint sh!t, goin to college is about 20 - 45 thousand dollars and after that your still not garunteed a job especially if your a person of color. and gas prices keep on rising. what yall want us to do? work 3 or 4 jobs just so we can be able to buy our selfs a cadillac and our own house? we cut hair and braid hair yall wanna put a tax on that, every thing we do government want their peice of the pie. but really if you think about is what is this government doin for the people if your not welthy? why dont you suckas do an ad on that and give it some air time. dont be a fool. quit wastin your time and do an add on something that really matters.

I am a commercial truck driver. I get randomly tested for drugs (I only do pot) several times a year. If you are smart you can pass these random tests, and YES it is a hassle, but it can be done.I have beat the system every time for over 15 years. I never use before or on the job. Weed is for "my time" which, by the way, is nobodies business.

thats exactly how i was.... when i used to smoke i worked 2 jobs, one full time and one part time... when i got off my last job i would smoke. that last punch on the time clock.. thats all me time. never went to work high but yea its in my system. they never gave random drug screens because i would never get hurt on the job or gave them any reason to suspect i had been doing any drugs because i would go in every day on time barely call in and bust my ass to get my job done. people got this monkey see monkey do mentality. they go by what they hear and what they see to put a judgement on people or things without actually living the life them selfs.

I agree with a few points...However are you serious also??? I mean there are many other ways to spend the wasted money other than advertising but seriously when someone buys weed isn't that a waste of money also? It's not like the dealer up and decides that it might be a good thing to give his profits to charity. The people in charge of these ads, who decide to air these ads aren't in charge of helping society get their feet on the ground.... There are more important things to stress over other than a TV ad and how much it costs...time spent right here writing this is a waste if you think about it. What good has our words accomplished right now?? Nothing. Tomorrow there will still be stupid commercials that pull in entirely too much money for one person and leave common America drained but as long as people over analyze the things that don't matter the things that do matter will be left behind.

i agree its all a waste of time just like our votes for the presidential election when they only elect presidents by electoral votes. we are heard but only in a distant. so when its all said and done... things will remain the same and more of our time is wasted... but isnt it fun to just quarrel about the subject when your bored? :)
