It doesn't really matter how penguin-like Carl Levin is. What matters is that the political parties follow their own rules and act fairly in resolving the disputes within their party. Levin has charged that New Hampshire is breaking the rules by going earlier then is allowed by the agreed upon dates set by the DNC. If they are going to strip Florida's delegates for breaking the rules, then NH should also be stripped if they break the rules.

I think the primary system sucks big time, but this is the system the DNC approved and so we are stuck with it for 2008. If New Hampshire can break the rules without consequence then the DNC is showing that it is full of crap.
