I agree with what truthnlove wrote regarding scientology article. The Lord teaches us all that the path of is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. Prov4:18
The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know what makes them stumble Prov. 4:19
Christianity is much more than a religion. Anyone can say they are a religious person, or even say they are Christians. However, the Word teaches us that you can tell a true christian by the fruit it bares. In regards to CrabbyLisa, It's not about just appearing Holy. Because even Christians know they are not perfect. The bible teaches us that there is only one perfect being, and that is God. Furthermore, in Romans 3:23-24 it clearly states "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the REDEMPTION that is in Christ Jesus."
The article talked about fees and charges members have to pay just to advance (to what). Salvation is free because Jesus paid the price for ALL OF US, and all He asks is that we believe he died and rose again on the 3rd day, for us to repent of our sins, and ask Him to come into our hearts. There is no tricks, no magic, no fireworks nothing. All it takes is FAITH.
Christianity is not about being holy of holies or looking down on others. Christianity is about TRUTH and God is the Truth the Light and the Way. He wishes none to perish, but all to have eternal life. As a matter of fact we are to Love all no matter what race, religion, saved, lost, etc.
I just hope people would see the bigger picture about christianity. If salvation had a price then everyone would just purchase it without really understanding it. But because the price has already been paid by Jesus many seem to think it's not real. All it takes is Trust and Faith in One who will be known to all as THE LORD OF LORDS AND KING OF KINGS JESUS CHRIST.
I PRAY THAT THE LORD WILL TOUCH THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO SEEK HIM. HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND BLESSED DAY.
