Need more info first

I'd like to know a little more before I start expressing outrage. First off, I see several posts saying that the BSA didn't pay property taxes -- as a non-profit they probably wouldn't have paid any anyways, so isn't that argument just a smoke screen? I'd like to know how much of the building does the BSA use -- 10%, 25% 50%, 100%? If the BSA only uses 10%, and that's worth $200,000 -- then the city is making $1.8 million on a building they didn't pay for -- that's probably way more than the property taxes would have cost (had that even been an issue, which it wouldn't have been). If the BSA uses the entire space, then I suppose the city has a good arguement on their hands.
