Chances are...multitudes of people who watch this film will not think twice about the plot's coincidences being incredible because there are more Grover's Corners out here than large cities. Coincidence is often the good stuff of lasting stories. Charles Dickens was the master of incredible coincidences; we still like reading his stories. Here in my town what would be a coincidence is finding two people in one room who both happened NOT to know some particular individual. (I do exaggerate slightly here).
