I read the article about the iPhone..I stopped useing a Cell Phone when I started useing PCs..and in that practice regualrily check my PORTS..

Isnt tying illegal per se (though of course, courts have interepreted that differently)? I dont see any reason why tying the iphone to At&T service enhances economic efficiency.
