As a Notre Dame fan, I might not share in the unique experience that is SEC football, like LSU fans do. But believe me, I still feel the anguish of 1993, when Boston College put an end to our national championship dreams (side note: GO IRISH! BEAT EAGLES!). And I can commiserate with the LSU-USC experience (Bush Push 2005, anyone?). College football is the most pure form of sport, and the professional level can never compare.
