I agree with you that the instances of claimed abuse in the Catholic Church involve a very small percentage of priests, and I also agree that the perception in the media probably exaggerates the prevalence.
To claim that this is somehow a Jewish conspiracy has little credibility, however.
The difference in the Catholic Church's response and that in the other organizations where sexual misconduct occurs is not so much in the frequency with which it occurs, but rather in how the organizations respond to the charges.
In most organizations, the alleged perpetrator would be suspended pending investigation -- or at least moved to a position where the possibility of future misconduct would be minimized, and where the charges are shown to have substance, take appropriate action.
According to published reports, in many cases, the Catholic Church did nothing at all, or in other cases, just transferred the alleged perpetrator to another location, rather than taking any steps to prevent future abuse -- not to mention taking any steps to make them face justice for what was already done.
I understand that in many such cases (in or out of the Church) it may be difficult to prove what happened -- these situations often are "he said, she said" (in this case, actually "he said, he said") with little corroborating evidence that would permit successful criminal prosecution. But in any other organization, at a minimum, the accused would be closely watched to be sure the alleged abuse is not continuing.
