Let's begin to ration vital commodities, let's get the American people to wake the hell up and re take our government from this maniac and his deluded and ignorant followers. If they haven't the balls to cut funding or if they are powerless to do so (lacking override for veto capability), they yes, they should do exactly that. Draft is involuntary servitude, so I'ld rather just impose a "Slacker Tax," 10% of anyone's gross earnings who lack an Honorable Discharge from the US military.
