Dear Hitch and readers,
Get the Afghan growers back into their old Haschisch trade.
Just as much cash is involved, fewer bodybags going home to Heathrow and Deleware and those junkies waiting on the corner of State st & Hennepin or Colfax or Pico or 82nd or Market St or Lower Michigan Ave or on Peachtree or Burbon St will just have to pony up a whole lot more homepay to stay steady, if they can find a bag in the first place!
Haschisch! and K-B from those verdant Afghan valleys will turn the tide.
Problem is- the Q'uran espressly forbids Hasch while remaining conspicuously silent on the subject of opiates .
That was probably a market gesture back in the daze of the Prophet and it remains so today- The occupation relies on junkies dying- a flooded market and somebody enjoys the mob's control of the THC-based (reletively harmless) consumption. Crime pays- up and down. Halliburton knows this and the Big families running those products know this, too.
Only legalization and taxation of Canibis product can free those sections of the 3rd world from their globalizaion nightmares. Tax and Tariff that green stuff within US borders and we can reclaim what the energy bosses, home and abroad have taken from us-freedom. plus a little cash and a good buzz.
Our prisons are jammed with weedsmokers and weedmongers. Think about that for a moment. A weed that even George Washington grew. A weed that has been a central part of civilization for thousands of years! Shamefully illegal since 1933 (Aslinger and the Harrison Tax act).
Legalize it for our Afghan solution- replace the death crop with a green , getting high crop. Keep it from remaining the weapon it is for the profits of the mob and their business friends. Tax it here in the US and we can afford a health program for all our people- just as the Kingdom of the Netherlands does!
Buds, not poppies! simple
But that would be too easy. Legalization is an eventuality.
Give us a good crop- kill off the mob and the poppy business in Afghanistan-give us the revenues and give the kids a buzz.
Maybe our judges like filling their dockets with smokers, I donno.
