Dunno about most males, but this one thinks it is perfectly natural.
My father (who is now 80) and was (and still is) frequently nude around the house -- usually on the way to or from the shower, or late at night (he sleeps nude). My mother was less likely to do so, but it also was never any big thing.
My wife and I have always been that way with our daughter (now in university) and it really does not seem to have had any adverse impact on her -- she herself started closing the bathroom door and generally covering herself about the time she reached puberty, however.
