okay, its interesting discussion, but not one person discusses the fact that we require car owners to carry car insurance. I stand by my belief that if no one has challenged that one, or if it was challenged and struck down, I would assume that mandatory health insurance would be allowed.

You can take your uninsured car and hit someone else. Therein lies the difference.
