Where does the Constitution allow MANDATORY insurance?
by CliffHanger
+1/-1 Reply

Please you scholars (that have no idea what you''re talking about anyway) enlighten me.....I must involve myself in insurance if I don't want it? I can't avoid it like I can other mandates by simply doing nothing, earning nothing, driving nothing...in other words, if I participate I understand I have to pay my share, but if I don't and say don't care if I get sick or not, you're saying you have Constitutional authority to fine or jail me? Where? What section? Be careful.....

I'll leave your question to the scholars but do you agree that anyone that does NOT have insurance and is unable to pay for medical services themselves is a deadbeat?

So should hospital and all medical providers be allowed to refuse treatment to anyone that doesn't have insurance or cash?

I hate deadbeats and this is why I like programs like mandatory health insurance and social security. There are so many selfish greedy dumbasses that don't plan for their own future and without these type of programs responsible taxpayer like me get struck with the bill.

why should I have to subsidize your care if you don't carry insurance and you get sick. Or are you seriously expecting me to believe that if you choose not to have insurance and don't have money to pay for say, cancer treatment, you just won't get treatment. Would you be willing to sign a waiver that you won't seek medical treatment if you go without insurance and can't afford to pay for it? if so, I'm okay with that, and i would support an amendment to the bill to that effect.

My post is very simple.....I am healthy, fit, and don't want health insurance. Where does the Constitution allow for you forcing me to buy it...or anything else for that matter?

Hereafter we will refer to you as the resident racist, since it is mainly minorities and criminal aliens that work the system in that manner.

So, where does the Constitution require me to pay
by alameda929
in my premium rates, for the uninsured who use expensive medical services? Because you know damned well that my premium rates include those costs. Is that in the 9th or 10th Amendments?

Can you misfits FOCUS on anything? Who's asking you to "subsidize" me? Not me. So where does the Constitution say you can force me to buy something I don't want? Answer the question or take a hike.

Answering a question with another question?

FAIL! now move along....

you cannot get hurt?????
by jazzguitarman

Are you really that fucking stupid? BFD that you are healthy and fit today. You know fit people do get ill! So say you get cancer and the treatment is going to cost 200K and you don't have 200K. What then?

I say we let you die but sadly society isn't willing to do that. You are just a selfish greedy deadbeat. I'm NOT for this health care bill but those without insurance are greedy assholes.

so cliff is a minority or criminal alien?
by jazzguitarman

Oh, was this your weak ass attempt to hurt me? ha ha ha ha.

Now I'm willing to pay taxes to help deadbeats but so this shows I have a big and loving heart, but they are deadbeats all the same.

Are you another selfish ass that doesn't have insurance but expects to get free medical care when it is needed?

What then? Let's save I'm a Seventh Day Adventist....I'll refuse your fucking "treatment" and leave my care in the hands of the Lord...now what ya gonna do? Interfere with my religious beliefs as well as my other Constitutional rights? lol You don't have a legal leg to stand on...not even your DeSotomayor will allow that crap....anything like that comes out of these leaches committees and the Supremes will squash it within a week.
these cons are phonies!
by jazzguitarman

Judy, you and I see right thru these selfish punks. I'm shocked how many Cons here do NOT have insurance! Unless they are living on the edge (e.g. on welfare, loss their job), there is no valid reason for them to not have insurance.

Oh course they stick to the myth that IF something happened to them, IF they couldn't pay, they would refuse the treatment. Ha ha ha ha. No we know these cons are cowards and would get the treatment but NOT pay for it.

Really I don't understand how a con cannot see that mandatory insurance promotes people being resonsible. Cons claim to respect being responsible but I guess it is just another of their lies.

you are just a fraud
by jazzguitarman

You are a coward and thus you will NOT refuse the treatment and thus you are just a greedy deadbeat that expect others to pay your way.

I said from the start I don't know constitutional law, but it is clear to me you are NOT a responsible member of society and that you are just a deadbeat, no better than an illegal immigrants that shows up at an ER room begging for treatment they cannot pay for!

mandatory insurance promotes people being resonsible.

LOL! You can't even write a single sentence with tripping over the oxymoron of REQUIRING "responsibilty"....hilarious! And you're equally full of shit exclaiming Cons here don't have insurance...we all do....BY CHOICE, asshole.

How about the Commerce Clause....want to take a swing at how that requires me to buy something? lol
