Just a questions about the FT. Hood killings
by Robert-Burns

How many of those that were killed and injured were involve with the taunting of Major Hasan?

If none of them were involve does that not toss out the defense for him that he was acting out against the bigotry against him, and why did he go after innocent people and not those that were doing the taunting?

Uncle Maddy

mass murderers are expected to

make rational decisions??? lol
yep, this idiot can't even manage that

but then, it could well be a lit fuse away from becoming one

it all depends on the quality of the lawyering

and the common sense (or gullibility) of the jury. This is all headed for an "insanity" defense. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop - that he was disaffected with our war policies for months and started planning this assault. Premeditation. I've wondered why he didn't apply for conscientious objector status if he felt that he couldn't go to Afghanistan - I think the answer is he felt he could make a more dramatic statement by murdering his fellow soldiers.
i'd expect this moron

to drop the match before he ever got the fuse lit
was he not in the process

of trying to get discharged?
yes, the Washington Post says:
by alameda929
"He prayed every day at the Muslim Community Center in Silver Spring, a devout Muslim who, despite asking to be discharged from the U.S. Army, was on the eve of his first deployment to war. Yesterday, authorities said Maj. Nidal M. Hasan, a 39-year-old Arlington-born psychiatrist, shot and killed 13 people at Fort Hood, Tex."
You fucking leftists don't know shit about anything....

You canNOT choose your deployments....you take that step forward and join the Armed Forces, your ass belongs to them and they'll do with it as they please. This cocksucker knew he'd eventually have to go and decided to murder unarmed soldiers instead....that's a "conscientious objector"? No that's a stinkin muslim that hopefully is still paralyzed when the trap-door opens and the rope breaks his fucking neck.
that is very interesting

I wonder how the officiers that denied his request to be discharged will explain their actions? Now I can see why they would not allow a discharge. The army cannot grant a discharge to anyone that doesn't want to be deployed, but can one's religion be a valid reason if those that we are fighting are the same religion?

Of course in a lot of the wars the US has been in the enemy was Christian like most of the troops but Japanese Americans were only allowed to fight in Europe during WWII.

Note that during WWII Japanese American were sent only to Europe. So the army could of sent this guy to Japen or Germany or some other part of the world since they has been the policy in other conflicts.

Assuming he recovers, he will be court marshaled, they might buy an insanity plea, but disaffected just won't fly with a group of Majors, Lt Col. and Col. He isn't going to make it into a civilian court room.

Except there's no PTSD in Europe.......and that's what a psychiatrist is there to deal with.
true dude --- I was being generous

given that the moron still hasn't been able to grasp the diff between explaining and defending something.

I can explain morons like it too, but I'd never defend it

hey duh

I forgot that this ass wasn't going to even face any combat. Man was a sick human being. He should be hung.

So if someone expresses bigotry against another person, do some people here (or anywhere) think that makes it right to kill them?

If someone taunts me, I can kill them and I'll have an excuse to kill the person who taunted me or, hey, just go and kill a few random people so someone will have to pay that I got taunted?

I think that is the way some people here think, Maddy.

They're crazy!
