Let's just do tort reform, cut the corruption in Medicare/Medicaid, allow all insurance to compete. If you have pre existing you still get insurance if you wish, but not for free. Spend no money but save money and WAIT.

The problem with our for pforit health care system is that it's for profit. Health insurance is not health care. Health care should be a social service like the courts and fire and police protection. People shouldn't have to die because they're poor.
