Not good enough for Hawai'i?
by Larry

Let's see. Hawai'i just got approval to opt out of health care reform, because their system is cheaper and covers more people than Congress' confection.

So...why don't we go the other way and adopt their better and cheaper system for the whole country?

Because the Conservatives of America will never stand for anything other than the system in place right now.
Well that's one theory

Adopting Hawai'i's approach would get a lot more Republican votes than Pelosicare. Somehow, they have lower costs and better coverage than Massachusetts or anywhere else, even without a public option!

The PO is a simple ruse meant to speed the country along the path to single payer.

Adopting Hawaii’s approach would get a lot more Republican votes than Pelosicare.

No Republican is allowed to vote for any measure that even might remotely be considered a positive anytime while Barak Obama is President: Ever. That is because Republicans, as instructed by Rush Limbaugh, are completely invested in President Obama’s failure: No matter what.

Republicans will vote for Obama's Afghanistan plan, and it's a good thing, too, because most Democrats won't.
