My son teaches a 15 year old. In some cases the juvenile is tossed into a level 4 and gets to be around people lik "Opie" who was convicted of murdering prostitutes in various ports. Then there is Deerslayer" who would shoot hunters on his land, chip them up, and feed them to hogs. A great place to rehabilitate a 15 year old or a 13 year old.
