Sure sounds like an establishment violation to me.

I'm a Scientologist, and I despise this whole concept. It violates personal freedom and responsibility on a whole range of levels. Nobody else should force me to pay for their health care, and I certainly have no right to force anyone to support my non-medical spiritual efforts.
