Didnt we just see another group of "children" in Florida attempt to burn another child to death by dousing him with gasoline and setting him on fire? On any given day in this country one can read in the papers about the latest act of murder, rape, and other acts of the most vicious cruelty committed by "children".

Kids who steal, or get in fights or sell drugs are often influenced by immaturity and peer-pressure, and can often be rehabilitated. Kids --and I dont care how young-- who murder, rape, and torture have an innate capacity for cruelty and a delight in causing pain and suffering that does not exist in everyone else be they adult or minor, and they should be removed from society permanently.

Unfortunately, the language of the constitution is "cruel and unusual," not "cruel and stupid," so the cretins posting on this thread are excused. From Geeker, to the incompetent and heartless lawyers, the entird process failed both the victim and the child they had up on false charges. What horrifies me is, this appears to be some kind of ideological contest, like everything else, these days.
