We're considering denying justice to a victim of rape. We'll have to deny it to the youngest victims, too, don't forget.

The one thing every poster knows about these cases is that she would not wish to be the victim.

Maybe we could sentence these people not according to how far they are from attaining whatever would be their age of perfect reasoning (before they start going down hill again, as everyone does), but according to how much or how little they've progressed since the time at which they could've been aborted.

How do you give justice to a victim by punishing a person who didn't commit the crime?

well this guy got together with thugs and planned to rob the place his finerprints were there. and the thugs testified against him.

life is choices.

he choose badly.

if he didnt commit the crime the print wouldnt be there.

would it?
