Based on their previous rulings, I think it's a safe bet that Roberts, Alito, Scalia and Thomas will rule that prosecutors willfully submitting false evidence and perjured testimony is perfectly "legal" and thus will be permanently enshrined into America's system of "justice."

Hey, the USA is based on being a winner or a loser right? How can we punish people for just wanting to win a case. That's what they are paid to do. Anyone who is worth anything can afford to hire a good lawyer to shred the false evidence. Losers using a public defender are a drain on society and such leeches ought to be locked up regardless of guilt. Right?
