The dollar is at an all time low. Our stocks are dirt cheap for foreign investors. The stock market rises.

Aren't the cash flows being thrown off by many of these firms also commensurately less valuable? Certainly, certain firms are seeing a boost in dollar earnings from their overseas operations, but wouldn't these stocks be just as attractive to those of use with dollars to invest?
