Yup, that is where she got it from. I will try some how to link to the script when I get it.( I'll have to pay her copy rights though :) )
She is known in the London Theatre, it isn't her first play, usually she produces and directs them herself, this is the first proper Theatre though, they have been previewing for a week, toorrow is the first proper night ....The Press !!!!!!!!
One old Lady was over heard saying to her husband as they left the Theatre last night ' It was just like Shakspear .... most of the audience were young, they loved and related to it ...... Hampstead Theatre were there they want it and said it was a 'gem' .
Over two years ago now,she said that her next play would be about Gypsys. Gypsys !!! I thought, she doesn't know any Gypsy, .....six months later after truddging through a hundred muddy fields under God knows under how many moterways, some finally talked to her. Two years of traveling and sometime talking :) ( they don't trust us ) going to Appleby Horse Fair, reading later, Soho said OK they would take her and her play on, 15 rewrites later and the rest ...... finally. She sounded so happy and exited on the phone today ......... Yes I am going as a jornalist too :) te he They are usually nice to her but not always, they are a scary bunch.
