Pedestrians
by Rango

I have come “hot foot” from the last cycling debate and it seems to me that the same arguments should apply.

It is surely unreasonable to expect people to give way to pedestrians who are in the roadway, the same laws should apply to them as apply to cars, if the pedestrian does get run over then it is their own fault for walking and not driving, (god-dam tree hugging hippies). Next thing I expect to see is some pedestrian rights advocate telling us that we should get rid of our cars and all walk everywhere even if it is 50 miles across Michigan in the snow to get to work. IF a pedestrian is not going to obey the rules of the road then people should have the right to run over them.

PS This post is meant semi in jest, I do not own a car and walk the jay most days.
