I agree he's on his way out and maybe he'll move to Israel and get elected as mayor of Tel Aviv or something. He should be stripped of his chairmanship - even if the Dems use other means to get around the filibuster. I read where the majority can change the rules and force them to actually spend 24 hours a day debating instead of now just having the "vote for filibuster" the way it is now. There may even be other ways (Reconciliation vote, e.g.) that a bill could at least get through the Senate to be discussed in the Joint Committee with the House.

I love when the liberal radio hosts keep playing Lieberman's own words in his 2006 campaign saying the people of Connecticut deserve universal health insurance!!! And, now he actually wants us to believe he's suddenly against a public option. He's a greedy man, he and his wife, and I hope he loses his chairmanship and leaves the Senate in disgrace for what he is doing.
