sliver demographics
by vincent1963
A one percent sliver of a market in a nation of 3,000,000 people is still 30,000 souls. If these 30,000 all are motivated to give you money, you are in good. This is how FOX still exists. You do even better if you can snatch up tons of face screen time and make your lonely demo feel like the popular one. Remeber, L.Ron Hubbard got rich on the tiny number of folks who were duped by his blatantly, and admittedly phony religion.

Perhaps if I become a scientologist I can resurrect my career and land some prime movie roles or at least be a voice on South Park.

remember the good old days when the FOX network was destroying the family structure, and its godless programing, EG married with children, the simpsons, omg Rosanne...was going to bring the wrath of gods judgment on america?

gosh, just thinking about it, i'm starting to become ovwhelmed by morality, and the good book, the bible is coming to mind.

"while they promise you liberty they themselves are the servants of corruption."

"with great swelling words of vanity they deceive the hearts of simpletons"

"satan (father of all lies) comes as a messenger of light, it's no great marvel his ministers transform themselves into the ministers of righteousness."

why, if I were a Christian, the FOX network would clearly be Satan's lil helper.

Who would argue that the most satanic news commentators are all on Fox. The closest competitors the liberals have are Keith Olbermann and that Ed guy. 15 minutes of watching is all you need to know that Rachel Maddow is an angel.

Wait a minute, I missed a bunch of zeros!

300,000,000 population in the US

1%= 3,000,000.

That's 1% buying what yer selling. Is 1% too big an estimate for thenumber of crazies in this country? What should we try to sell to that 1%? How about something that we don't have to warehouse or ship, something they can't return, and can charge advertisers for giving away? God bless the information age!
