What the hell is this all about?
by Wulk

About 700 members of the Ohio National Guard, who were out in Iraq between 05/07 still haven't been paid for their time over there. Now, the powers that be, want them to deploy again, this time, to Afghanistan.

Two bloody years, and they still haven't been paid, who is hanging on to their money? Are they, and their families, supposed to live on fresh air.

Whoever is responsible for this lapse should be tarred and feathered, and run out of town on a rail.

If you want a tune pay the piper!

When you stop and think about it, GW Bush has a LONG history of 'not paying' what he, personally owed creditors, partners, etc.

Wonder if he carried that trait over into the administration and the government, while he was president?

Those guys should refuse to go, until they are paid every last penny, and what took the Iowa elected representatives to DC, this long to start complaining? Good Grief!

Imagine if the ordinary person ran his/her household in such a slovenly way....how long before everything would be repo'ed?

Absolutely disgraceful. I would be curious to know how many of the Iowa guardsmen, deployed to iraq during that period, lost their lives during that time frame, as well.

Hey, but if a political judge who has no balls signs his name to it why shouldn't these guys get their asses back in gear? What do they need pay for? Pretty soon you will be asking where your Social Security check is.
