Oddly enough I take some comfort in these fictional crime shows like Criminal Minds. They show the most grotesque forms of evil concocted by the minds and hands of mankind and then dare to foil the villains and bring them to justice.

It's not much but sometimes it makes me feel better about things that happen in the real world.
