I almost laughed out loud when I came to the paragraph where Noah says that most everyone's analysis including his had it being cheaper. Because if Tim Noah had it pegged that way, then surely it must be so... His articles are increasingly less about the actual issues and more about how incredibly smart he thinks he is.
