As a man who's mindful about washing my hands every time I use the restroom I can testify at the huge number of men I've seen leaving the bathroom without even bothering to look at the bathroom sink.
I've seen this happen for a very long, long time. What's interesting about it is the attitude they have, albeit it's only my impression. They walk by the sinks with this look in their faces as if saying "Washing hands is for sissies".
There are times when someone is walking by me as I'm washing my hands and I'll see their eyes shift from the sink to me and back as if perpexpled as to why I'm doing it. It's a look of disdain and sometimes ridicule.
Perhaps it's some sort of therapy they practice so as to teach themselves not to worry about the small things. There's nothing that turns a woman off more than a man obsessed about themselves. Maybe they're just making sure they don't come across that way.
