Oh well! I guess it goes to show the state of things ...

Bush wants $19 per person to listen to his motivational talk, whereas Palin wants $100,000 to give a motivational talk.

Republicans have never been shy about giving money to someone who will say what they want to hear, therefore I have to wonder what the real Palin BlueBook value is.

She is a private citizen. Do you begrudge people making money for speaking??? How about Bill Clinton demanding 50% more dollars for a speech?

"Clinton's speaking tour in 2005 included 43 speeches in 14 countries. He began in February and averaged about four speeches a month, usually charging about $150,000 per event. On occasion, the price was much steeper." cnn.com

I most certiantly do not begrudge Palin for milking you stupid idiots out of your money. In fact, I hope that you give all of your money to Palin.

And you are quite right by pointing out that Clinton does make a lot of money from his speaking engagements and books.

However, Clinton gives away just about all of the money he collects, and yet I somehow doubt that Palin will ever do likewise.

Comparing apples to oranges again moron? It wasn't for one of her anti american speeches like the one she gave to communist china ,it was to come to a political rally and caucus in iowa in order to support republican candidates. No one ever HAS ASKED FOR SPEAKING ENGAGMENT MONEY to do this .And you compare this to a clinton speaking tour .You really do have a serious problem with comprehension.

Bill Clinton was POTUS for eight years and is recognized as not only a great public speaker but someone well-versed in many issues.

Whereas Palin is a one-term governor of a state with a small population and a VP candidate on a losing ticket.

Those aren't apples and oranges...they're apples and raisins.
