Ridiculous!
by eje
Well, if you like chemical additives, packaged foods, high sugar content, low nutrition, non-organic foods, this article is directed at you! I found ONE coupon that I could or would use and it wasn't for food, it was for a Pure and Natural shower gel/soap. Most couponed items I found on the links provided in the article were were from companies that highly process their foods and thrive on using GMO and chemical additives. This is exactly why we have such a high rate of bad health in this country. How about coupons for whole foods and organic products?

If you shop at stores who focus on organic & whole foods, you can find coupons there. Sunday inserts have a few but not many. You can find coupons for many of the brands you buy and if you aren't finding them, e-mail the company. Often they will send you some.

I regularly buy Muir Glen organic foods and Kashi cereals for next to nothing with coupons, to name just two examples. And there are lots of coupons out there for organic and healthful products, and store coupons for produce and seafood/meat. As the previous person suggested, email the companies whose products you like, or visit their websites. Coupons for the good stuff are out there.
